Interacting with the employees at the e3 OKC office is always great! Valerie is always so accommodating and always so nice and helpful. Joshua has calibrated our audiometers the last few years and he is fast and precise and always answer any questions I have regarding the audiometers. Both are very communicative. Thank you!
Joseph Miller was our technician, and he is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He kept me informed about what was going on with our hearing machines, and he let me know what we might expect next year as far as replacement parts. I was very appreciative of this because of the expense that could possibly be incurred. Thank you for sending a trustworthy employee to work on our machines.
