my audiometer was "held" at the buffalo ups facility for 5 days, crushing plans for an eastern around. Despite the holidays, you technician calibrated, packaged and shipped my audiometer, arriving in 36 hours as promised and no appointments were canceled as a result of the e3 technician "feeling my pain". Thank you. You have a customer forever
I have trust and confidence in Tim. He is familiar with our office and takes good care of our equipment. Calibration was scheduled in my absence and my staff found him easy to work with and efficient.

The technician that came was very personable, friendly, and professional. He was able to complete the service with ease, and provided a certificate of calibration immediately. My only critique was in regard to communication. The appointment was set up via email for a scheduled time. When the appointment time had passed, I reached out to the person I set up the appointment with to see if they were still coming, only to find out the person I had messaged was on vacation.
