I would leave a zero star if I could !! This company has the least compassion for its customers. They are unreliable. We bought a balance equipment from them and they had an issue installing it. A part of the installation equipment broke so they left a 120,000 dollar CDP sitting vertically for 3 weeks!!! Then they finally managed to install it. Less than a month later an important part of the equipment broke for no apparent reason after minimal use. We paid 60 percent of the invoice. But we asked that they fix the equipment ... read more

I'm not sure what is happening with there supply shop but it has gone way down hill. Sometimes they don't even answer their phone. I do online orders and pay extra for expedited shipping and they don't ship out the item for two to three days. Just recently I paid to overnight a probe that one of our facilities needed ASAP. The item never shipped and now I'm on the phone with them trying to resolve it four days later. Paying as much money as we do for these supplies you'd think they'd be able to get their shipping department ... read more

I was BLESSED to have worked a temporary assignment with this group of wonderful, hard-working people !! I got to experience something very unique; people who genuinely enjoy working with one another, and get this; NO BACKSTABBING, NO CLIQUES !! Just people whom really care about the needs of partnerships with their great line of audiology products !! And I do mean EVERYONE !!
