I felt like a regular customer of theirs - every time I would call, they immediately knew what car was mine with just a few words and they knew my name, etc. They completely took care of me and my Tesla. 100% Top grade service
They need to stop parking the customers cars on the residential block. There is NO parking for us residents/tenants since they are parking their customers cars in our neighborhood. It’s been like this for weeks now. So unprofessional. Maybe park it in the restaurant next door with PLENTY of parking space instead of taking ours.
I had a great experience with this company. Crystal helped me from start to finish and it took less than a week to get my car back. So far so good so I’ll say I’d choose them again.
