I’ve been going to E3 since February 2022, almost at 300 classes and I have never repeated the same workout. Different variations, but never the same routine. They are perfect 30 minute workout sessions with awesome trainers who push you and support you the entire time. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a supportive and fun atmosphere that holds you accountable and rewards you at the same time. Money well spent!

Literally the best gym around! Every class is different but I always sweat and feel so accomplished after. The nutrition plus working out knowledge I have learned while being here has made me lose 42pounds and I can’t wait to keep going! The trainers are all nice and fantastic!
Only been here for 2 days and the workout is great😃, had a knee replacement and the instructor work with to make sure I can participate in the workout
