Outstanding service and a bike shop that truly went above and beyond! We were visiting Montreal for the UCI World Championships when my wife crashed her brand-new Orbea and broke the derailleur hanger. Because the bike is a new model, replacement hangers weren’t available yet, and we really needed the bike to get around the city and watch the races.
