Very bad practice. Male doctor just started typing very loudly literally hitting the keyboard with loud noise, feels like you are with a typewriter and asking questions without listening the answers, rushing every time. Don’t understand how they become doctor. Female doctor who is in charge of that GP got similar issue rushing all the type and don’t listen to patients, worst practice ever
Iam very happy with the service today, the nurse was very friendly and professional ,well spoken and very well mannered. Also at the receptionist were very friendly and helpful. 5 big star's to the medical centre workers
I was told that I will get a call on Monday to let me know when I can see the doctor. And I do get a call at 8:30 and the lady was rude and she said come by 9 am, in such short notice I said it's not possible because I live far, and then she said I can't do anything, then I said 11am first she said no and she agreed but I realised my manager wouldn't allow me because I have office to go.
