Ryan is awesome! We didnt have much understanding in buying our first home. He was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable in this expertise of work. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. It was a pmeasure doing business wirh him. I would highly recommend him as your mortgage lender.
Ryan was wonderful to work with. He always got back with me right away and answered all of my questions. He pushed for a quick closing and walked me through each thing I needed to submit!
Ryan has been working with me over the last 4-5 years where he first was able to secure a loan for me for my current home. Now, we purchased our second home and Ryan was right there to get the job done. The loan approval process and underwriting was smooth, with no issues. Buying a home can be great but the loan process in todays market is grueling but not with Ryan. So if you’re going to get a loan buy with “Ry the mortgage guy”
I have worked with Ryan on multiple loans (Realtor) including my own personal home loan. Recently I called Ryan on a Friday night after work hours with a loan that totally fell apart using a different lender right before closing. Ryan was able to close it in 13 business days for my buyer!!!! He's a Rock Star and hard worker!
