Paid $11,000 for a 2011 GMC SIERRA. The your kid was advised of a small miss. Hus advise was it's been sitting for a while. I had to put a new engine in it. Transmission worked on, and I ended up putting $11,000 into the truck. DON'T TRUST THEM THEY SELL JUNK AND DONT CARE. YOU WANT MORE ILL TELL YOU MORE.
Stopped on Saturday morning, didn't have a Uhaul available. Salesman, assured me that the other Mayfield location would have one reserved for me the following morning. Arrived at that other location sunday to discover it's closed on Saturday and Sunday, there was no truck reserved. Left in the cold with no way to move. Was told by Uhaul customer service there was a guarantee on the reservation and I'd get a refunded amount. Local Uhaul area manager called and said i wasn't entitled to the refund and he stopped it.
