I totally agree with Lynn C that E-Z Waste is a bad company. I have experienced problems with this company in the past but this week they have really gone to far. Monday was to be my usual trash pick-up day. After hosting family & friends for the Thanksgiving holiday we had an enormous amout of trash(all could not fit into the container) which we put out late Sunday night. This is the worst trash pickup company I have ever seen! They lie repeatedly. If there are favorable comments below they must be the company posting fake reports. This business appears to be operating out of a home using a PO Box. Getting someone on the phone is next to impossible, and she will lie to you when you do get her. They have lied to me for two months now trying to get them to fix my garbage can lid which they damaged. I now have rats going in the can. I can tell that they value their customers! – I highly recommend this company. Always on time and puts my trash cans back where they were and the lids are closed. I have never encountered any problems with this company. My last company had an automated arm on their truck and would only pick up certain things. This company works with me to produce good customer service and I can tell that they value their customers. Try them, you will like them.

Unreliable garbage pickup! – Terrible customer service! I purchased my own cans at Home Depot to save a little money and E-Z waste actually stuck their own advertising logos on them. I forgot to put my cans out by 6:00 am and was told they could not come back until the following week. The garbage man didn't pick up all the trash bags in the can and I was told "We'll get it all next week".
