I went to go get my oil changed. I noticed they raise my car. They checked the brakes. They kept looking at me for some reason and I noticed they never removed the oil filter. They told me they were waiting for it to be delivered. No one ever showed up.They then brought my car down and added the oil. I questioned why they were adding the oil without changing the filter.
