I wanted to go with E Z Tile for a shower repair project based off of a recommendation from a plumber. I tried to set up an appointment to look at my project, and he didn't show up because he didn't remember the correct date. Once I had a quote for the project, I was told "probably this week or next week" and I was not contacted for 30 days. Eventually I had a call and was asked "what about tomorrow, probably after noon?"
