Extremely helpful
Always very helpful. Fast sampling service. After being unable to match my hot tub filters they told me how to clean the ones I had that ended up saving me quite a bit
I just moved to town and it came with a massive in ground pool. It was nothing but problems from day 1. I was in and out of the store almost everyday for a week trying to get it to work correctly. I dealt with Christine on all my issues to include coming to the conclusion I needed a new filter. I can’t speak highly enough about her and the install team. Unbelievably knowledgeable in every aspect of pools and they delivered a crystal clear pool for the summer.
Every time we visit EZ Test Pools, we have a positive experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to help. They go above and beyond to provide excellent service and I couldn’t recommend EZ Test more!
As rewarding as a swimming pool can be, they can also cause great stress if you don't have proper knowledge. Fortunately, we have found E-Z Test Pool Supplies to be incredibly helpful. I have brought over photos of my pool pump connections and they were able to tell me how to correctly attach the parts, in addition to helping me with so many other issues with clear and concise directions.
