BEWARE OF THEIR WARRANTY PRACTICES! I purchased a pool pump motor from EZ Pool Supplies and within 3 months from purchase, the motor seized and locked up causing more damage to the entire housing than just a bad motor. I reached out to EZ Pool for warranty/exchange and they just gave me the run around. Told me I need to contact manufacturer, manufacturer said I need to contact retailer, retailer told me to send info to distributor, distributor never accepted my information. I rarely if ever take the time to write a review, however, I have NEVER had such a positive experience. The sales professional Matt was great and took the time to explain everything. What I liked most was that they assigned a project manager to my pool installation. Rick Taylor was my project manager and he was TERRIFIC. Knowledgeable, polite, thorough, precise and very professional. His team did a wonderful job of excavation and installation. I never worried about anything.
