Warning to all do not I repeat do not bring your maytronics to be repared there had mine for 6 months they never touched it . They said the brushes were replaced in July and they were just waiting for the cord from maytronics.well if they just called the distribution center in GA. They could had the cord in a week . This place has fantastic staff. Very helpful, makes sure you get the right item. Pricing is very reasonable. Christina is the best!
BE WARNED! while they state they accept returns I purchased the wrong pool filter size and was it a costly mistake. They also go by the name EZ Pools and Spas. Their customer service knows nothing. The filer cost $230 and I paid $80 to ship back to them. Plus, they charged me 20% restocking fee. I would never buy from them again. I also believe most of their online reviews are fake.
Awesome company and staff! Christina is who I delt with at the Plaistow location, she is wonderful and found me a great tub at a great deal. Very helpful and kind. Being without a hot tub for roughly 2 years since my old one broke was taking a toll on my body and well being, as a small business owner stress is always a factor. So pleased with my relationship with them!
