Illegally cleaned out families belongings without notifying them of unit clean out. They sent all sentimental items to landfill.
Avoid this place, they are known to just throw your stuff away at the drop of a hat even if you’re paid up without your knowledge or any forms of communication. They have done it on multiple occasions!
Threw out a PAYING customer’s belongings, including sentimental keepsakes from her babies. Did not recover any of it.
