Terrible customer service. I have called 4 times to get the credit card on file set up. Nobody calls back. No email available.

Had a unit for 3 years. Never missed a payment. When we were done we contacted the office. They said they were mailing a check for the deposit, instead they took another payment. Contacted again, repeatedly calling before soomeone finally answered. They again said they were mailing a check. Took another payment. We had to stop the automatic payment through the bank. They won't respond to any attempt at communication now. They owe us over $700.00 dollars. Awful business. They also own chagrin valley paving so maybe steer clea... read more
