They were fine when I was first referred to them other then them having issues receiving referrals for weeks. However I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. I have been calling to make a follow up 2-4 times a week for almost 7 months and their office does not answer calls, return calls or apparently open their office other then on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but no staff in office on either days.
My experience has been no return of phone calls. Have to have a sleep study at altitude going to Show Low. Already called back after one phone call. Poor customer service here.
I've had 2 different sleep studies here now. Sleep studies are uncomfortable. The staff was very professional. The beds were comfortable. They even let me keep the TV on after I explained I have a fear of the dark.
Excellent service from the EZsleep technician Danielle ! Super professional excellent people skills made the experience of getting a mask fitting very comfortable. Great job Danielle !!
They will not be honest and will not fill perceptions. Made me wait 6 days for my perception this month last month was 15 days. Won’t call call you back
