1/7/2024 This was my first encounter with this organization and they earned No Stars for the aggravation caused. (this site would not allow a post unless a minimum of one star was selected) I made an 8:20am appointment online, verified by a text message received during my travel there. Upon arrival, I was met with puzzled looks, with one receptionist saying to the other that appointments begin at 9:00am. I had a very bad experience at this place, they canceled or reschedule my appointment for 5 times in 5 months, two of them I didn't know until I was at the place, I had a family emergency in. California so I couldn't make it, they called me the day of the appointment 30 mins past my 3:00p.m. schedule time, and charge me 208.00$ for missing my appointment, tried to reason with them but they still charged me.
Your front desk staff has a long way to go in learning how to communicate with clients and get billing correct. Seems like they went as far as to verify they were in-network but did not in fact check coverage on the coding for my appointments in advance. So when I try to check out and pay since I hadn't met my deductible they said "you don't owe anything or I would have had you pay up front." But what they mean is, "we don't know how much you will owe because we didn't check, so we will see how much insurance pays then bill ... read more
Always treated professional the staff is always frendly and know my name the technician and front office always go above and beyond to make you fell like you are special and the dr ketan jani really cares about your well being he has even called me at home after hours to make sure everything was right
