They were fine when I was first referred to them other then them having issues receiving referrals for weeks. However I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. I have been calling to make a follow up 2-4 times a week for almost 7 months and their office does not answer calls, return calls or apparently open their office other then on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but no staff in office on either days.

My experience has been no return of phone calls. Have to have a sleep study at altitude going to Show Low. Already called back after one phone call. Poor customer service here.

Very disappointed saw 1 yr ago dr thinks he's to good.they don't mind doing testing but don't want to do the care after.the woman upfront were kind enough but dr won't see u unless u have cash up front claim they don't take insurance.if that is true then how did they do sleep study an get paid.i guess he thinks he's special because he does ad for sleep equipment cleaner.u know the expensive one.mind u had been seeking help for 2 yrs and bam denied.so found awesome dr who has done everything he can.dr jani.amazing kind caring... read more

I've had 2 different sleep studies here now. Sleep studies are uncomfortable. The staff was very professional. The beds were comfortable. They even let me keep the TV on after I explained I have a fear of the dark.

They will not be honest and will not fill perceptions. Made me wait 6 days for my perception this month last month was 15 days. Won’t call call you back
