Called in to rent a car for one day and they wanted to charge me 115 dollars a day this is robbery. These people shouldn’t even be in business I rented a car from enterprise for 7 days for 200 dollars. Unlimited miles and all the great service thank god their is honest people in this world.
Worst service ever! I asked for a corporate number and she kept giving me that 800 number which led back to their office. Please walk or crawl to wherever you have to go.
Caution: we were charged $60.94 two months after renting a car. This fee appeared on our credit card bill with no explanation two months after our trip (and right before Christmas). I called the company and discovered that we had a $6.56 toll fee during our trip. The additional $54.38 was added as a fee by Advantage/E-Z Rent-A-Car. I'm not sure why we were charged $60.94, as the bill clearly states $51.56. They probably charged a fee for the fee.
