DO NOT USE!!!! My bill should have came to 218 plus a deposit of 200. I called a week later asking when I should expect my deposit back and they said my full bill was 418 and I have no deposit. 418 for 1 week?!?! I told them all your customers give a 200 dollar deposit and I’m reading the contract in front of me. The girl with a thick accent said she had no idea what I was talking about. Great customer service! Second time using them in Colorado. However upon arrival the shuttle takes longer than expected to pick you up.

I rented with Ez and was nervous about the lower review score. My experience was great. Price was incredible, especially compared to other rental companies at the time and with such short notice. The shuttle picked us up quickly (important considering my husband and I had our 3 year old, 1 year old, and 6 week old baby with us). There was no line at check in, no surprise charges, and our car was available. No issues whatsoever. I’d rent with much more ease next time.
