This car rental company is not located at the airport. It is offsite. It is located maybe 15 minutes away on a busy Friday afternoon. There was no communication of this. There are signs at the airport to in indicate that the location is there. There are signs to indicate that the location is offsite. We called to get information and was told to go to the U shape lot. If I could give 0 stars it would be in the negative. After spending all day traveling I get to dallas and I am told to wait for a private shuttle to pick us up and take us to the vehicle. It never came! My daughter and I were stranded (2 other customers were also left) with no vehicle it was a horrible experience it started getting dark after an hour of waiting we had to book with another company. Horrible service!
Shaq was personable and very accommodating and I really enjoyed his service!
Kim was the best and she need a rise i will return and ask for her good customer service
