It's hard to figure out why the owners and managers here chose to work in hospitality. The "you should be grateful we let you stay here" attitude, the lack of the most basic in room amenities began our horrible experience here. The on site security guard followed me and my boyfriend around often and then asked us not to hold hands in public! That's when I grabbed my guy and started making out.
