They were as prompt as we could hope for. The tech, Jeremy, was very professional and polite. He was willing to give me a play by play while getting things taken care of. Was it a good price? Well, you can’t really put a price tag on having working toilets, so yes, it was a great price.
I had the opportunity to work for Jeremy on a job and was very impressed with how clean and well his service truck was set up and how good he was with the customer !
If you don’t have a trusted plumber in your life well I have great news for you. This is the second time that I have handed these guys a doozy and they have come through AGAIN! Nothing adds stress to an already stressful situation when you don’t know if you’re being charged fairly or a tech will show up on time or if the work is warranted. You get all of this and friendly, efficient work with EZ Plumbing. Thank you again for coming to the rescue!!
I was able to call in and speak with a Shae whom listened to my problem and got me on the phone with a tech for troubleshooting. Made an appointment, same technician (J. B.) came over and I was treated with respect and I was only impressed about how much he knew. Incredible experience all around!
Dillon and Jeremy were amazing. After a late night scare of carbon monoxide diagnosed from a faulty water heater, these guys came in and literally saved our lives. They were so fast, efficient, and professional working on our old house. We will use them and recommend them from now on. I’m so glad we found a plumbing company we can trust!
