These people harass you none stop if you are even a day late on your bill. Sometimes I get behind but I've never had anything go into repossession because I catch up. This company starts harassing you immediately. Save yourself the stress & find someone else to finance through. Especially if you're someone who keeps up with your bills because things happen that are out of our control, it's stressful enough to be late on payments but having the company call & text you every day that you are late makes it even worse.
These people placed a building in my backyard and took 13 hours to assemble a building. The two workers they sent worked for 45 minutes and took 2 hour breaks in between. No consideration for my elderly neighbors. They played their music loud until I went out there screaming that's it is 9:30 pm on a school night.
Don't use this company! Get a loan or find another source. If you use this company have a lawyer read the contract. We do a automatic debit each month so never late BUT.... on the statements you recieve there is never a new remaining balance and if you ask for a payoff they tell you we can't tell you a specific amount just a appoximate. They also tell me a lot of people are asking for payoff, and I paid a large amount that I wanted to go to pincipal and was told there is no principal... BAD!!!
DO NOT USE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
Ben and the rest have lied to me about funding and now each other is blaming one and another. Was promised by Ben to hold funding until my building is fixed but they went a head and funded custom built structures so now no calls or call back from custom built structures
