I am truly glad I walked in and met Mrs. Lisa! My favorite part is getting to choose over a variety of different flavored shakes. I love that I can stop by and pick up a shake when I'm on the go!

Lisa is extremely personable and great with customers! The smoothies are delicious and filling and if you are looking for a healthier alternative to your typical breakfast or lunch this is the place to go! She also offers fitness programs to help her customers reach their weight loss goals, can't say enough about E-Z Nutrition 101 and Lisa!!
