Do you have a negative 5 score? Because they deserve a negative 5! I want to share my experience with E-Z Move, the company that helped us move into our new house. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Overpriced Gas Fees – We ended up paying over $100 for gas, which felt excessive and unnecessary. Slow and Inefficient Work – Since they were paid by the hour, they deliberately moved slowly, which resulted in them not finishing on time. This forced us to pay for an additional hour. The TV worked just before they moved me, didn't work after. The owner(?)/receptionist, David, brushed me off and lied over and over. He said: "the guys don't know what happened, so how do we know we broke it?" The move didn't happen on the prearranged day because one of his workers "was in the emergency room sick from Chipotle" (huh?). Clearly another lie. The guys worked sloooowly... Cost me a fortune to move out of a 3 bedroom apartment! $1700 including the broken tv. I could have paid friends in pizza to do a better job.
