Great store with large selection of drinks. Ask for Gregory at the counter!
E-Z Liquors 2 is a pretty cool local liquor spot. They've got a fair amount of craft beer and soda (including Alameda Island!), and the prices are right. It feels a bit cramped, and they don't have the biggest selection around, but definitely a great spot to go to if you're in Alameda. EDIT: The recent comment from the owner seals the deal and makes me want to give it an extra star! Will put in a request next time I'm in.
