Very disgusted I bought a laptop from them almost a year ago and it keeps shutting down. MICHELLE said they would fix it and it still does the same thing so basically I wasted my money for nothing. I will never buy anything from them again they are not good liars because I paid a lot of money for a messed up laptop that just sits around my house. I can't even use it at all. So these guys suck really bad pls don't buy any electronics from them at all. Plus they harass you all the time so beware buyers.

VERY unsatisfied customer I rent to own usually through Aarons, which they were great! Then my husband suggested we try E-Z II Rent to Own so we called them to see what kind of deal we could work out on a TV, over the phone, the deal sounded great...we visited their shop on State Street and picked up the TV and signed the contract...and it has been harassment since then! GROSS First we got a computer from them and hadn't even had it a week when the hard drive crashed. They told us it was brand new and out of the box. Yeah right!!! Then the bed we got from them had BED BUGS!!!! And they won't do anything about it either except took the bed back. They constantly call and harass you!
sold stolen merchandise detective showed up to my home saying the laptop i had was stolen and ready to charge me with a crime until i told them this below decent company sold it to me and in return lost HUNDREDS of documents work items and multiple hundreds of irreplaceable photos
