Vilma is by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional employee I’ve dealt with at this company. Every interaction—whether it’s a phone call or text—is filled with attitude and a complete lack of basic respect. It’s gotten to the point where I avoid answering calls from her because I already know how the conversation is going to go. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. Thanks to Amy, I found the perfect pieces for my space, and they’ve completely transformed my home. I’ve already gotten so many compliments!
