E-Z electric "fixed" our generator on 10/31/2025 ($415). I say "fixed" because the generator turns on the scheduled days however it does not power the house. We did not know this until the recent power outage in the area when the generator came on outside put NO POWER to the house. We called the office to schedule an appointment - no scheduled appointment had been made but a technician came to the house while no one was home so the gate was locked - keep in mind we did not know the technician was coming (charged $95).
