I have a 87 year old, blind friend who lives alone. His refrigerator started malfunctioning. He has a contract with Sears Home Warranty Services. The earliest appointment was well over two weeks out, by which time his food will spoil. Sears was unwilling to schedule an earlier appointment. Under the circumstances, this is unconscionable.
The worst service my refrigerator has not worked since May 24, 2018. Service has send three different service company over five times. The last guy came out on July 3 he said he will order parts I am still waiting for the parts and the repairs. This is a $2000 Samsung double door refrigerator with a master guarantee that I purchased, they sold me a lemon, and where is the guarantee? Easy no one cares.
