Trash customer service subpar items over priced
All the way from Texas and was counting on this company with my order. Their site says order before 11am and it’s ready for pickup same day. I ordered at around midnight which was well before 11am. The store says it opens at 9am yet I didn’t get notification that my order was ready until about 30mins before they closed which meant I didn’t have time to make it to them once I received the notification because their closing time of 2:00. I want my money back.
