Just paid $10 for the shittiest car wash ever. Car was loaded with soap per normal but when it came to the wash cycle the bar went around my car spraying nothing(no water at all)! Then I get a few drops of the clear coat dropped on top of the soap still sitting on my car. Oh then we get to the spot free rinse that barely washed the soap off. Terrible experience!

We went through on Sunday and after it soaped my car it quit working... so went to next bay and it worked... however I ended up paying for two car washes! I called & left a message yesterday & today... haven’t heard back yet. Not a good way to run a business...
This was my go-to place. Until this Friday when I paid for a wash and then the green go light never came on. Waited for about 7 minutes. Called the office and left a message and waited 5 more minutes. Have still not heard back from the office but was charged for my wash. I see there are cones in front of the wash I tried to use. I just wish they had called me back to acknowledge the issue as I understand things being broken. I just hope not too many people lost money that night.
Tried to pay cash for a premium wash, machine ate my money!!! Of course the office is already closed and I don’t live close by! Left a message on the machine, hopefully this will be resolved quickly!
Paid for premium wash on Tuesday 15 April 2016 -stall to left of office door . Door never opened. Waited 10 minutes. $11.88 used. Called. Answering machine did not work. This was my only option to seek a resolution.
I tried to use my bank card to pay for a car wash. It told me that it couldn't process the transaction so while I was running errands I grabbed cash and came back to wash the car. But suddenly I have a charge to my bank account for the cost of a car wash! Rip off! Wish I could leave ZERO stars!
