The vacuums do not work. I don't know why I bothered to try again. Tried it a few years ago, and I guess I assumed it would be maintained by now. No. It still had zero suction.
Always open which is convenient. Their wash equipment don't scratch up my paint jobs either. Nice place all around
Owner is extremely rude! I called to tell let them know the vacuum wasn’t working, and he said he’d send someone then hung up on me. I thought we were disconnected, so I called back, but then he hung up on me again! Customer service means being polite on the phone and not hanging up on customers. The person who showed up to help me was super nice though!
