Very shady. The payment system fails often. You have to turn dial to off AND press button on card swipe to turn off machine or you will be charged $20 even if you only used for 4 min cycle. On MULTIPLE occasions i have "turned off" machine but EZ still charged $20. I dont trust EZ. They lost my business.
Credit card and Apple Pay is convenient but they rip you off. Instead of paying for set amount of time, it counts up so you only pay for the amount of time you use. Seems great but there is a minimum of $7 even if you only use less than that of time. They also put a $10 hold on your card and you have to wait for it to lower to $7. Seems like a better value just to use cash but I hate carrying cash. Very very short service, you will pay approximately $12, not $4.
The machine took my cash and did not work. There is no way to reach anyone for assistance.
The spot-free rinse does NOT work.!you pay extra to ensure less to little Rowling but all it did is leave calcium deposit. DO NOT go there!
