Great experience with Charlie - I brought my car in for a last minute oil change and he found a couple other issues with it. He clearly communicated what they were, how serious they were, and how long it would take to fix. Everything was done in a few hours and the price was extremely reasonable. Charlie’s also just a great person, I’m glad we have his shop in the area.
Called indicating that I understood form process can't be quoted without looking at the car but asked for an approximate cost for a specific repair and gave him the year make and model of my vehicle. He asked if it was turbo, which I said yes.And then he refused to speak with me.Any further told me that I had to bring my car in that he didn't give prices over the phone. I simply wanted a ballpark number for what price and labor would be for a specific part.It's really simple and his response made no sense & He was quite rude
