Ed Zurndorfer is the most unprofessional, disrespectful person I've ever interacted with-- So much so that I decided I needed to warn people about him. He agreed to do my taxes and provided an estimate for what it would likely cost and then charged me almost double that amount, in large part because he spun his wheels on his own mistakes, mistakes I caught and helped him rectify. Ed Zurndorfer is a horrible communicator. He is unprofessional and unhinged. I would avoid using his business at all costs. Although he holds himself out to be an expert at saving federal employees money, his one-on-one demeanor is completely different. He's arrogant and nasty. I feel obligated to warn people not to use his business.
