While it didn't work out in the end with the lender, I had a great experience with this company. Doug was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process and obviously a person that takes pride in his ability to renovate like a master. This company made things very smooth and in the end, did the right thing when they could of gotten squirrely instead.
