I've been going to the gym here for a few years. The owner is awesome, the community is kind. While it's primarily a pickle ball gym, it also has great group classes and some solid gym equipment for those who prefer a more traditional workout (barbells, dumbbells, some strongman/woman-type equipment as well).
Pickleball AND Workouts!! Great space. Indoor year round Pickleball. Kettlebell group classes, ropes classes, and circuit training. All led by professional, genuinely caring instructors. Highly recommend.
I enjoy coming here, Michelle is a Hands-On trainer and I look forward to our sessions! I highly recommend EWT for a no-nonsense approach to fitness and well being.
