Staff is friendly and polite. I found myself without insurance while insured with AAA from EW Smith for a minor oversight. Staff tried to resolve it Unfortunately, they could not. AAA then after over one month after cancelling my policy took over $1,000 out of my bank account without permission and, after I had already procured insurance with someone else.
