Good rates at first then they do what they can to make their money choosing policies with wayyy higher rates. I talked to an agent over the phone to switch my policy to make it the cheapest possible, I logged into my insurance app to see she left several categories untouched and I just felt scammed. I’m currently paying an outrageous amount after my renewal and the first company I call for a quote it’s 150 less a month. This place is honestly a joke the dude in charge is out of the office more than he’s in.
Best Insurance company out there , Agent Larry Steck is awesome he helped us on all areas and gave great service and best rates hands down . All great review for EW Smith and Larry Thank you very satisfied
