We hired EW last year to clear a clogged drain at my business, Chick-fil-A in Bay City. I was not informed of a trip charge over the phone. Austin was the name of the plumber who came out. Spent 5 minutes cleaning trash off of the grate of the wrong drain (problematic drain was four feet away). Drain wasn't clogged so he left without speaking to anyone. Got hit with a $270 bill. Over-charged me for a small pvc pipe repair, 6” for $310.00 and even charged me for an overpriced estimate on a water filter. The tech sat in his truck for almost an hour for the estimate. Won’t have them back!
They came out for slow water pressure in my faucets and 2 leaky ones and to replace a kitchen faucet. Honestly it took them 3 trips due to getting parts but I was always kept in the loop of the parts arrival time. They were COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE even though they had to cut a hole in the wall they did it as small as possible. I will DEFINITELY use them again if I need them. had a clog in main sewage line from house to septic, they came same day I called, problem fixed. Then later had another clog, sent in camera and discovered pipe had 2 bellys, they replaced entire line next day. Now it turns out there is a problem with my drain field, and need another unclogging, I will 100% be calling them again today. (Note, multiple services were not due to bad work from them, my old house has lots of problems) Their crew is friendly and understanding. Prices are fair.
Had a plumbing emergency with our dishwasher and he came out quickly and helped us get everything under control.
