The worst to work with. If you want everything messed up. Let them do the closing. We just had to pull a file because they won't even answer the phone. This isn't just because the holidays either, unfortunately.
It's plain and simple. You definitely want to stay away from Bilbow Abstract when you are looking for an honest and dependable company to assist you with title insurance. For starters, there was a massive impending snow storm forecasted to hit the area, but when we attempted to contact Bilbow to reschedule, they were unable to accommodate and insisted on keeping the appointment on the books regardless.
