We bought our daughter a Kuberg cross hero, and she absolutely loves it! We were treated like family and the owner let our daughter try multiple bikes until she found the one she really liked. No nonsense needed, just a bike that powers up and goes. All of our questions were answered promptly and made us feel that it was a worth while investment. Highly recommend getting a bike here.

Expect to wait several days to a week or two to get a response from this company. I've already had to wait a few times for parts for my broken Kuberg. Kuberg europe is entirely unresponsive. They won't even answer emails or calls. I've never gotten through. So you'll have to go through Kuberg California who will go through Kuberg Europe on your behalf. Again, expect to wait many weeks. Always have a great experience every time I work with Eli from Kuberg CA. He helped me finance my ranger, as well as doing awesome service on the bike anytime I need it. He’s always so helpful and quick to answer any of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
