Richard is the best! Very kind and supportive. He really wanted to make sure that I had a positive rental experience.
Fake name for confidentiality. I’ve had a flood with week without service or help after many calls and messages. Had many times of people entering my apparent without permission or previous knowledge. They lie even when paperwork stats the contrary. The owner Eric is a self absorbed and will argue about you complaints at every turn. Washing machines and dryers are often out of service and needing repair. Even when repaired don’t work well. I have used Evan Management twice now and both experiences have been fantastic and smooth. So far both have also been great renters. They also are always responding promptly if we have any questions. We have loved having their help and guidance. We will continue to use for our rental unit moving forward.
I have had nothing but a excellent experience. Richard was very understanding of my situation, people and staff are very friendly. Love that it's pet friendly, and how clean my place was upon moving in. I do recommend E Van Management Properties 🙂
If I could rate a 0 star I would. There has been SO many miscommunication between myself, and the company. First - before we moved in we've been told we were getting an extra window and we were have to pay additional $50.00 for the window in the kitchen - didn't have a window in the kitchen. Towards the end of our stay in the unit homes.
