Absolutely the worst building management I have ever seen. They have absolutely 0 respect for tenants and are absolutely incompetent when it comes to responding to tenants concerns. They continuously don’t answer tenants emails, don’t maintain the property and are extremely hostile over email. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’ve been a tenant with E-van management for many years now. They’ve always treated me and my family with the utmost respect regardless of situation or needs. They’re incredibly accommodating and whenever a concern is brought up, it’s addressed as soon as possible. It’s been an ongoing pleasure to rent from them. I highly recommend them for any and all housing/rental needs.
Richard is the best! Very kind and supportive. He really wanted to make sure that I had a positive rental experience.
