Never answer the phone
They entered the last digits of my account number incorrectly which causes my tax return to be deposited into another account. Vencie Jackson, the manager, did nothing to rectify the error, they did not offer to cover the cost of the tax return, even though he said in multiple emails to myself and H&R Block that he would. Go somewhere else!
