I have been with E&V for almost 10 years.There price is great and there customer service is excellent.I have never had a problem with them and they offer different payment plans and make it very easy not to have your credit destroyed.Bill your awesome!!!!

I have E&V Energy for my Propane heating and thay use a program for there Deleiverys. I called them told the office i was in the red thay said we would have a Deleivery by Thursday or Friday thay did'ent come i ran out of fuel my water lines froz and broke my house is now FLOODED no heat or water thaks to there DELEIVERY PROGRAM. MyInsurance company said i should get an Attorney and sue them this is costing me alot now i wish i did'ent have propane E&V Energe dont care there about one thing it's about how much can thay get f... read more
Not does EV have terrible customer service, when you write a review they have a new review policy, so if they don't like hearing the truth they don't post it
Make sure not to call EV when you are down and out of oil Because they take advantage of the situation and charge you 200 dollars for coming out on a emergency and then when you spent the whole night with your children freezing to death they charge you 100 dollars for coming on a day that they were not scheduled. So much for taking care of your customers. No customer care here. They do not deserve any stars, but made me select a star to submit this.
I would look else where for your fuel needs. They are unable to deliver fuel when it is scheduled 5 days in advanced. So do not schedule just call up they will put you at the front of the line. Also do not bother asking Jim any thing he will not have the answer for it but always has a reason why it will not happen.
We have done business with E&V for several years putting a lot of faith in their taking care of our boiler and delivering fuel oil for us. We are away during the winter so we rely on them to keep our tank filled - and they do. Also, the people in the office are friendly and polite when we call. E&V Energy Co takes care of their customers. In all my years with them they are a very professional, caring, customer friendly. When our annual service to our boiler comes up they sned us a card to schedule an appointment, once scheduled they come on time and do a very professional services to our boiler. Their service personnel are kind, clean and take car of all our concerns. The company monthly warranty program is well worth the money to have, especially for the service they provide.
