the premises are very clean, the equipment is complete and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the price is very reasonable, you get a lot for your money. it is well located, and I have never seen any problems. I highly recommend this sport center
Facilities are okay if a little worn in areas. Class offerings are good if a little overcrowded in the evening and staff is friendly. Childcare is not the best. Frequently has high child/caregiver ratios especially in the evening. Always has a TV on and is in a very small room that is often overcrowded. They do not follow their own written childcare policies and the management doesn't care about member concerns. Unfortunately this gym does not go by the stated requirements that are on their membership form or cancellation form: to cancel your membership due to moving more than 25 miles away from the facility, you must give 30 days notice before your requested cancel date with proof of upcoming move. They have obviously gotten by with charging an extra month here and there with other military members due to a "report date" on military orders. When I moved to this area, I never expected to find a facility like E'town Swim & Fitness Center. There are activities for people of all ages to enjoy while getting fit. Their outdoor Olympic sized pool is a blast, hosting a low, medium, and high dive platform. Indoor/Outdoor basketball, racquetball, volleyball, tennis and 3 aerobic studios are only a few of their amenities.
