Brian was an amazing landlord! He takes great care of his properties and his tenants. He responded to maintenance calls efficiently and effectively. Brian provided the best rental experience I had in my college career!
Brian is a great dude. The apartment I had was the perfect amount of space for me. I was always made known of any maintenance getting done ahead of time and done in a way that never felt invasive of your space. Almost the best deal you can get as a college student in the town
I have lived in many rental houses moving around the country for different college reasons and this is by far the BEST rental property I have ever lived in. Brian is always super responsive and quick if anything goes wrong. He goes above and beyond to fix things immediately. This house is 90 years old, and since I’ve been here (7/2019) he’s replaced all the windows (because some wouldn’t open), a new bathroom floor (because my toilet was leaking) and he has come to spray when I saw a few spiders. Brian was a fantastic landlord. Any questions or issues I had were taken care of within the hour. He was very responsive and very reasonable, anyone would be lucky to rent from him. Highly recommend!
