Nothing but absolute kudos for their customer service. E-Titan is the first small business in Kearney my disabled daughter can be a customer at by herself. They took initiative and installed a doorbell next to the entrance so disabled individuals could gain access to the store. Pressing the button a knowledgeable and kind employee will come open and hold the door and assist the disabled individual with their shopping. This gives these customers their independence back.
