Stopped in for oil change. They didn’t check tire pressures. Charged me 91 dollars for what they call a bulk blend oil. Next day I noticed cover was hanging low. 1 of 6 bolts were installed. 2 were broken 3 missing. Cover was torn. When I called was told they meant to tell me the cover was torn when I came in. The 2 bolts were shiny new breaks and the cover was obviously a fresh tear. No dirt where it was torn. Beware of this establishment.
Son had an oil change done. Only had roughly 3000 km on his car when his engine light came on. He took his car to our mechanic to have it looked at to find out there wss only 1 litre of oil in his car and the oil filter was loose. He was also told that the engine was damaged because of this. Called the business to inform them of what happened and was basically told it was our problem and apologized that it happened. Never offered any compensation of any kind.
